Do you have a dream, yet you feel stuck in the process?
Are you thinking you should already be further down the road?
Do you have little energy to continue?
Is it difficult to stay consistent?
Are tired of:
Having little energy to do things
Feeling like you are failing
Comparing yourself to others
Thinking that you should already be further down the road
Feeling like your passion turned into a chore
Experiencing fear of failure
I feel you. I am not a stranger to these challenges. At the age of 23, I found myself feeling burned out, interestingly enough, when I achieved a set of big personal milestones.
Here are a few of them:
Moved to a different continent at the age of 18 on my own with no connections , only one suitcase and $300 in my pocket,
Got a prestigious job in a foreign country,
Driving an expensive car that I had dreamed of,
Living in a beautiful place by the lake,
Marrying a wonderful woman.
You might be wondering what happened. On the surface, everything looked amazing.
I was so hyper-focused on results that I completely stepped over my personal interests and the enjoyment of the process and that is why I felt empty inside. I just wanted to get to the end of the tunnel, yet the end of the tunnel didn’t give me what I wanted. For example, I ended up being in a career that I thought would please my parents and look cool to others. Most goals I pursued I didn’t deeply resonate with me and than ones that did - never gave me a sense of fulfillment because I didn’t enjoy the journey, I just wanted the results.
My pursuit could have been so much easier if knew how to listen to myself, my interest, and turn my interest into my passion.
It might have been difficult for you to stick to your goals, too, and it is NOT your fault.
Society has been bombarding us with between-the-lines messages like “All that matters is winning and being successful”. It stands out the most when we see people who “win” get the most attention. These messages can make us hyperfocused on results and distract and distant us from things that really matter, like the enjoyment of the process and recognition of what is cool and meaningful for you personally in the first place.
On top of that, it is so difficult to stay focused and passionate when there are so many ”shiny objects around” like, Instagram, TikTok, TV shows, new gadgets, new books, new research, etc.
So what is really happening?
People nowadays are disconnected from their interests and do not know how to turn them into their passions. People do not know how to fall in love with the pursuit.
We have not been tauch this at school, quite the contrary.
The solution is simple yet not easy to master. It is to focus on the movement forward, not so much on the peak, and master your nervous system - so you can adjust and bounce back quickly and easily.
What I know now is if you have clarity about your interests and you keep moving forward with that passion, your results will come naturally. What matters is the movement forward and the self-exploration and learning that comes from this movement.
Imagine being so focused and passionate about what you do that “shiny objects” will look trivial to you. There is a high chance that you already know how to PUSH yourself; it is time to find and build your PULL.
I am here to support you on this journey. Making this leap on your own can be quite overwhelming and confusing.
Coaching is a very powerful tool that can help you grow tremendously, yet there is a lot of controversy in this field. It is very easy to get a coaching certificate nowadays after just a few hours of online training, yet it takes years of training and practice to get good at it. So there are a lot of coaches in the field who do not spend enough time and effort to learn the skills.
My approach is based on cutting-edge research of the nervous system, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology. My work is based on techniques that are backed up by science, practical application, and personal use.
My approach goes deep into the operating system while also making sure that you move forward toward your goals. I am taking my job very seriously, and I have spent more than ten years studying psychology, completed 2 one-year-long coaching programs, as well as 2 years of a graduate program in psychotherapy. I have been providing coaching for over four years at this moment.
